Sue is the best! We have used Sue to sell two homes and buy one. All 3 experiences have been phenomenal. She is extremely professional, caring, and has made our home selling/purchasing fun.
The first home sold was for my great Aunt. Sue gave great recommendations on what needed to be done to stage the home and price the home to get the results we were looking for. Sue and her team worked very hard for us and had the home sold within one week.
The second home sold was our own. We were moving for a new job in the cities and needed to sell my home in a down market. We listed our home in January and it was sold by April. Sue did a great job of keeping our best interests in mind throughout the entire process.
Our third experience with Sue was buying a home in the cities. We had been renting for 2 years and had some bad experiences with other realtors trying to buy homes. We kept asking each other if we’d ever find a good agent like Sue in the cities. We finally decided to just call Sue and see if she’d be willing to work with us up here, even though this wasn’t close for her at all. Sue was more than happy to work with us again and went above and beyond in helping us get into the home that we love and are currently raising our family in. I am completely convinced that we would not be in this home if it were not for the hard work that Sue did for us throughout the buying process.

It has been a total pleasure working with Sue Johnson. Sue is a passionate and dedicated real estate professional who has gone above and beyond in our relocation to the Rochester, MN area. The market was very tight for real estate in price and location and properties were being sold and listed in a very short time frame. (A matter of hours!) We contacted Sue and have not been disappointed. It was late on a Saturday afternoon when we saw a property we were interested in looking at. Sue jumped on the opportunity and she contacted the seller and went directly to the property. Since we were out of town, Sue took us on a virtual tour via Facetime and we decided to place an offer that same day. Sue prepared the offer and presented it and it was accepted! Sue even missed a special family event to make this happen. She also arranged for our home inspection and has been with us every step, in guiding us through the process, from many states away. Sue conducted a virtual final inspection with us on the day of our closing and was thorough and detail oriented as she led us through the property and made arrangements to care for a detail which needed attending before closing. Sue has kept an eye on our new home to make sure that everything is in order for our arrival. Even though we have never met Sue personally, we feel that she is a trusted real estate professional who cared for our family. The property we purchased was not in the high end range, and despite this fact, Sue has exceeded our expectations.
